Are Refunds Allowed?

All ticket sales are final. No refunds are permitted unless you purchased insurance during registration. Insurance claims can be made here.

However, due to the change in event date to October 11. Diplo's Run Club - San Francisco, had been taking refund requests, but that deadline has since passed on Sept. 5, 2025.
