Are Refunds Allowed?

All ticket sales are final. No refunds are permitted unless you purchased insurance during registration. Insurance claims can be made here.

However, due to the change in event date to October 11. Diplo's Run Club - San Francisco, we are taking refund requests. Please be mindful that the deadline to submit your DRC-San Francisco registration is Sept. 5, 2025. The refund request form can be found HERE.
